WITHDRAWAL/BILLING PROCEDURES

• Participants must log into their registration account and DROP/CANCEL their enrollment.

• Participants who DROP/CANCEL registration (as specified above) 7 or fewer calendar days prior to the day of the event or are a NO SHOW will be invoiced the full amount of the registration fee.

• Participants who DROP/CANCEL registration (as specified above) 8 or more calendar days prior to the day of the event will not be charged.

• For asynchronous courses ONLY, participants will receive a full refund if cancellation request is received within 7 calendar days of the initial registration and is made prior to logging into the asynchronous/self-paced course. Participants will not be issued a refund for cancellation once they have logged into the online learning system.

 

ATTENDANCE, EVALUATION COMPLETION & ACT 48 REPORTING

 

MCIU will report Act 48 hours for participants who provide a PPID number and also comply with the following:

• Sign in at the start of the event and attend the session in its entirety.

• Complete the ONLINE EVALUATION within ONE WEEK after the event. Log into your account to complete the evaluation.

• No exceptions will be made.
